All you need is a little "ME" Time."ME" is you and thus "ME" Time is your time. Follow the steps and soon you will be happy to having come across this article.

Steps

  1. "ME" is individual. Stop all that you are doing. Sit down somewhere (peaceful place, beach, cafe, your room, or anywhere). Ask yourself "what is it that you like to do?". It may be that you like painting and reading but there is a wide variety of relaxation activities you may enjoy. Some people love running on the treadmill or going for a long walks. Reading or writing poems, cooking, shopping, practicing yoga, playing with Toddlers etc
  2. Pick one of these activities and schedule it once a week. Slowly, you will include these more than once a week.
  3. Have a look at these activities to give you a break from the routine. Mostly they would be short activities.
  4. Slowly, as you perform them, your happiness quotient will increase.,
  5. These "ME" time activities are so positive that they make you feel good about yourself and contribute to building a happier you.

Tips

  • Pick short activities in your ME time. If you have them taking an entire day, they might just eat up your routine chores and then you may go off your schedule.
  • Rewards  = ME time activities.
  • If you choose healthier activities, they are an absolute boon to your better health.
